Draft Proposal for development and implementation of the blended training course for CSO leaders and activists, carried out in Ukraine, Belarus and Georgia in Spring, 2019

Course Objective

To contribute to a more efficient and pro-active digital participation of EaP civil society in the implementation of reforms and in the local decision making processes in their home countries, as well as to improve the quality of services provided by civil society organisation to citizens.

Course Overview

The course aims to support CSOs in harnessing the potential of digital technologies to innovate and improve their interaction with their beneficiaries, constituencies and partners, as well as to improve the efficiency of their work and the quality and format of services offered to citizens.

To achieve this objective, a CSO needs to improve its digital competences along five main dimensions:

1. IT solutions for efficient team collaboration and project management;
2. digital safety and security of the organisation and its staff / volunteers;
3. efficient communication online;
4. IT tools for working with constituents and final beneficiaries;
5. utilisation of existing e-Democracy and e-Government tools for advocacy purposes.

The Course will be devided into 3 blended learning modules, each of the module to consists:

• 1 Face-to-Face training day ( in all 3 countries)
• Followed by 1-2 topic specific webinars
  (open to all course participants from all 3 countries)
• Facilitated online groupworks
• (Final test (online))
