The aim of this project is to provide participants with partial vocational skills of IT support specialist and support them in applying for positions that require those skills. Altogether, 135 participants belonging to the target groups are trained during this project. In addition to learning the fundamentals of IT support, the course offers various supporting activities for the participants, such as practical tasks, individual counselling, and job clubs. At the end of the course, participants can take the partial VET certificate level 4 exam to certify their IT support specialist competences.
The length of the free course is 33 days, during which participants cover 264 academic hours of study. During the project, participants will receive support in their job search and have the possibility to do an internship in BCS or a company of their choice.
